Jo’s Chocolate Fudge

This is one of my 13 year old sweet tooth’s favourites. That’s a win I reckon!

½ cup almond butter

½ cup cacao powder

3 Tablespoons of coconut oil

3 Tablespoons of pure maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/8 tsp of seaweed salt


Blend it all up in a theromix or high powered blender, press into a small dish and let set in the fridge to firm up. You can sprinkle coconut or cacao nibs on top.


I put these on top and gently press them in before putting them in the fridge to set. Cut up and I store mine in the freezer.


However they sure don’t last that long in our house.
